Booking Policy
Lyra Rose Retreats

We’re delighted to welcome you to Bryn Derfel House by Lyra Rose Retreats. This Booking Policy outlines the terms and conditions for making and managing a reservation through our website or via third-party platforms. By placing a booking, you agree to the following terms:
1. Making a Booking
- All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation.
- A confirmed booking is only valid once you have received a booking confirmation email from us.
- The lead guest must be at least 21 years old at the time of booking.
- Accurate contact details (email and phone) must be provided for communication purposes.
2. Payment Terms
- Payment must be made in full at the time of booking unless otherwise stated.
- We accept major debit/credit cards via secure payment gateways.
- Direct bookings made through lyraroseretreats.co.uk may be eligible for discounts compared to third-party platforms.
3. Cancellation Policy
- Flexible Cancellation: Guests may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before arrival.
- Cancellations made less than 14 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge.
- Cancellations within 7 days of arrival or no-shows are non-refundable.
- We recommend travel insurance in case of unforeseen circumstances.
4. Check-in & Check-out
- Check-in: From 3:00 PM
- Check-out: By 10:00 AM
- Self check-in is available via a secure lockbox. Instructions will be sent prior to arrival.
- Late check-outs may be available upon request and subject to availability.
5. House Rules
- No parties, events, or stag/hen groups are permitted.
- Quiet hours must be respected (especially due to elderly neighbours).
- Pets are welcome and stay free of charge, but must not be left unattended inside the property.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property.
6. Damage & Security
- We trust all guests to treat the property with care.
- Any significant damage or missing items may be charged to the guest.
- We reserve the right to request a damage deposit if necessary, depending on booking circumstances.
7. Guest Support
- This property is managed by Pass the Keys Anglesey, providing:
- 24/7 guest support
- Professional cleaning between stays
- Fresh hotel-style linens and toiletries
- For support before or during your stay, you’ll be provided with a dedicated contact number.
8. Long-Term Stays
- Guests staying 28 days or longer must agree to periodic cleaning and property checks.
- Discounts apply to long-term stays and will be outlined at the time of booking.
9. Changes to Booking Policy
Lyra Rose Retreats reserves the right to amend this policy at any time. Changes will be updated on our website and apply to future bookings.
