These Terms and Conditions apply to all bookings made directly with Lyra Rose Retreats or via our website. By making a booking, you agree to the following:

• Lyra Rose Retreats operates a holiday let property known as Bryn Derfel House, located in Caernarfon, North Wales.
   
• The property is managed on our behalf by Pass the Keys Anglesey, a trusted holiday let management company.
   
• These terms apply to all guests booking directly via our website or email, as well as guests booking via third-party platforms (subject to any additional platform-specific terms).
   

• Bookings must be made by adults aged 21 or over.
   
• Full payment is required at the time of booking unless agreed otherwise.
   
• Direct bookings may include promotional discounts or offers unavailable on third-party sites.
   
• All prices include VAT (if applicable) and are quoted in GBP.
   

• You may cancel free of charge up to 14 days before check-in.
   
• A 50% fee applies for cancellations within 14 to 7 days of arrival.
   
• No refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 7 days prior to check-in or for no-shows.
   
• Travel insurance is recommended.
   

• Check-in: From 3:00 PM
   
• Check-out: By 10:00 AM
   
• Guests will receive self-check-in instructions prior to arrival.
   
• Late check-out requests must be approved in advance and may incur a fee.
   

• The property is for residential use only during your stay.
   
• Strictly no parties or events. Guests must respect our quiet hours and neighbours.
   
• Guests are responsible for the property and are expected to leave it in good condition.
   
• Any damage or excessive mess may incur additional charges.
   

• Bryn Derfel House is pet-friendly, and pets stay free of charge.
   
• Guests must inform us in advance if bringing pets.
   
• Pets must not be left unattended inside the property.
   

• The property is equipped with a Ring Doorbell camera at the rear for security (which can be removed upon request).
   
• Smoke alarms, carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit are provided.
   
• Guests should familiarise themselves with safety procedures on arrival.
   

• Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided.
   
• Guests agree not to use the service for unlawful activities.
   

• Lyra Rose Retreats and its management partners shall not be liable for any loss, injury, or damage to persons or property during your stay.
   
• We are not responsible for disruption caused by weather, acts of nature, or other events beyond our control.
   

• In the unlikely event of a complaint, please notify us or our property managers (Pass the Keys) immediately so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
   

• We respect your privacy and process your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
   
• Your contact details will only be used for managing your booking and guest communications.
   

• Lyra Rose Retreats reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
   
• Updated terms will be posted on our website and apply to all future bookings.
